We have designed a dynamic, consultative approach to wealth strategies with individually tailored solutions to help meet your specific needs and concerns. It is called our Personal Chief Financial Officer Process (P-CFO). Our process is designed to provide the time to get to know one another. In fact, we will only formally engage with a client after a minimum of three meetings. This helps ensure a long-term relationship built on true understanding and mutually shared values and trust.
Our 5 Step P-CFO Process™:
1. Discovery Meeting
At our initial Discovery Meeting, an interview is conducted to determine what is important to you and what keeps you up at night. We will look at where you are, where you want to go, and how we can help you increase the possibility of getting you there. We will then go to work to develop a clear strategy and diagnostic to help you attain your objectives, which will be presented at our next get-together.
2. Wealth Strategy Planning Meeting
At our Wealth Strategy Planning Meeting, we will help you identify the obstacles between you and your financial goals, and will present our complete diagnostic of your current financial situation as well as specific recommendations to help you achieve all that is important to you.
3. Mutual Commitment Meeting
At our Mutual Commitment Meeting, we will arrive at a mutual decision about whether our firm can potentially add value to your life. If we mutually decide to move forward, together, we will also authorize the documents necessary to put your wealth strategy plan into motion.
4. Organizational Meeting
At our Organizational Meeting our team will help you organize all of your new paperwork in a personalized binder that we provide. We will also answer any questions you may have so that you understand exactly what is happening with your financial affairs.
5. Regular Progress Review Meetings
At your regular Progress Review Meetings, scheduled at intervals convenient to you, we will review your overall progress toward your long-term financial goals as well as discuss any changes in your personal or financial situation since our last meeting. This allows us to determine together if adjustments should be made to your wealth strategy plan and future actions that need to be taken.
